| 2026-09-23 07:00:00Z | Sep 23, 2026 | Meeting Off Site at the Octagon House! | Sep 23, 2026 7:00 AM |
Join us for a unique meeting in one of Hudson's historic buildings. Meet staff and board members as we enjoy coffee and breakfast egg rolls, provided by our very own Gordy Struss. The Octagon House was first established as a museum by the St. Croix County Historical Society in 1964, and curated as a domestic home from the mid-late nineteenth century. The house was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1974. The St. Croix County Historical Society, a private non-profit organization, operated the Octagon House Museum (also called the John S. Moffat House) as a traditional historic house museum. In 2023, the museum board separated from the St. Croix County Historical Society and reinvented itself as a the Hudson Area History Connection (HAHC). Today, the Octagon House Museum is operated by the Hudson Area History Connection and offers private and group tours, field trips, rotating exhibits, events, and family fun, as well as opportunities to research, present, and share Hudson history through volunteering and board membership. Please note: This meeting is in-person only; no Zoom will be available. Invocation: Angie Pilgrim Greeters: Ethan Anderson & Christopher Mick |

| 2027-03-01 00:00:00Z | Feb 28, 2027 | Spring Grant Applications Due | Mar 01, 2027 |
Hudson Daybreak Rotary (HDR) welcomes grant requests exclusively from qualified 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations or 501(c)(4) organizations. While HDR does not fund foundations or endowments, we do consider specific program or initiative requests originating from such entities.
We accept grant requests twice per year. While we wish we could fund every application, priority is given to requests that align with our core focus areas—as well as those submitted by new organizations, programs, or initiatives. Past grant recipients are welcome to apply again, but repeat funding is not guaranteed.
